I'm Diana & I design product systems where clarity, scale, and business impact meet.
I’m a Strategic Product Design Leader with experience building and evolving fintech platforms in complex, regulated environments. My work focuses on turning ambiguity into clear product direction aligning product, engineering, data, risk, and customer experience to ship solutions that scale across markets.
Beyond products, I focus on scaling design as a practice. I mentor designers, define career growth frameworks, and establish design operations (rituals, governance, and ways of working) that help teams move with clarity, consistency, and confidence as organizations grow.
